Enroll in an approved home inspection course that meets your state’s licensing requirements. Home inspection training can be offered via online traininglive classes, and field training. You may need to pass the national or a state home.

Choose Your
Career Path
Once you complete your training and you pass your exams, your home inspection career begins! You can start your own business or work for an existing company. As an ICA certified home inspector, you’ll be qualified to perform more than just basic home inspections. You’ll also be trained and certified to provide additional services, such as mold inspections and radon testing for both commercial and residential properties.
